Liz Harris / Product Designer

Hi there! I’m a Product Designer with over 9 years of experience and a BFA in Design from MassArt.
I build intuitive, products for users through data driven design, research and cross functional collaboration.

By day, I'm a product designer at Meta helping developers build best in class products with the Developer Platforms team. (In my first 3 years with the company, I helped people understand and improve their connectivity across emerging market countries.)

Outside of my day job, you'll find me freelancing with startups, running workshops with universities and engaging with the design community.

Over the years I've worked across multiple brands and products including SalsifyWeWork's FlatIron SchoolAppleseeds Academy in Israel, and LogMeIn's GrasshopperJoin.meLastPass, and Xively (now a part of Google Cloud IoT).

If you'd like to work with me, please reach out at lizharrisdesign@gmail.com

What people say about working with me

Boris.png

Liz is an execution powerhouse. She is able to deliver everything from concept layouts, to interactive prototypes, to full fidelity mocks for all form factors. Liz was the sole designer on the Consumer Connectivity team which means she had to ensure that no-one on the engineering team was blocked and everyone had what they needed while also staying one step ahead.

For example, to launch a Home Broadband project she navigated a complex set of requirements from product, legal, partnerships, and engineering to create a simple but effective design which aimed to help users get faster home internet service.
